Q: I need a “Business Plan” completed in 1 to 2 weeks? Can you do that?
A: The short answer is; Probably Not! To do an effective Business Plan requires more time for gathering data, making assessments of what your strengths are, establishing a focus on your strengths . . . and then creating your action steps to achieve your goals. That takes time – to be accurate and beneficial for you, your business, and to any others who are involved.
Q: What is your fee structure?
A: Every situation is unique and every consulting project customized. Accordingly the fees charged will depend on the range of complexity, the duration of our service, and the scope of the project. We establish a fixed fee (where applicable) for each engagement based on our initial consultation and evaluation of your issue or project. While a typical client may be completed in 3 to 6 months, some clients seek an ongoing relationship – all contracted ahead of any billable actions. We do, however, offer a general ‘Fees List’ on our web site as an indication of our fees.
Q: Do you work in one region or across the USA?
A: With today’s technology, we have effectively worked with clients all across the USA . . . as well as Asia, Micronesia, and Europe. Our broad experience and narrow focus makes us exceptionally effective for a business regardless of their geographical location.
Q: Is Strategic Planning the only thing you do . . . or can you help with marketing or finances?
A: Our broad background has given us deep experience with worldwide marketing, finances, accounting, production, and more. But, we have learned that no one can do it all and do it well. Accordingly, we have affiliates and contacts able to offer highly dependable services at reasonable rates in areas such as web design, SEO, media marketing, finances and banking, production considerations, and management operations.
Q: Do you make investments or package loan requests for us?
A: We are not a lender or a ‘broker’ for loans. And we do not act as an intermediary for any financial transactions. However, our experience with both lenders and private equity firms can support your funding search in many useful ways – including the creation of your effective Business Plan, a detailed marketing plan, and the development of a quality business presentation.
Q: I have a product ready to be patented (or already patented) and I want someone to guide my steps forward from here. What can you do?

A: Yes! We will certainly offer the benefit of our experience for our hourly rate of consulting. We welcome being of help in any way that you request . . . so long as we agree that we can help. It is not our aim to collect consulting fees without producing a measurable benefit for you.
