3 Programs Offered

The Starting Point: Each program begins with a similar process: this requires an initial interview of 1 or 2 hours to become acquainted with your specific situation and current condition. We will then prepare a customized questionnaire for you based on your firms’ unique needs and situation. You will complete that questionnaire of assessment for an beginning analysis of the current position. This is an inter-active process and, by itself, will lead to many beneficial ‘discoveries’ about you and your business. We will then provide the custom template and proposal on how to proceed with your Simple Plan Program to increase your performance and how to make the best possible decisions in your interest.

1] Strategic Plan Development: Your development program is a process we guide you through to effectively develop a strategic plan for your business and yourself. Our Simple Plan template is a proven process designed to quickly develop a Plan of Action for you and your business to follow . . . to enhance your performance. We begin with an assessment of your current condition, consider a focus for you (a niche market), and establish your premise as the beginning point for your Plan.

2] Strategic Plan Coaching: In our one to one coaching, we spend the time to provide an advanced focus on your personal strategic planning development. This evolves into both a coaching effort followed by mentoring and advisory services to individual business owners, CEO’s and senior management members to improve their strategic planning effectiveness. The design will facilitate a mutually compatible relationship between you and TSS. We help assure you will take your Simple Plan to the next level of performance for ever greater benefit. We will hold you accountable for your commitments.

3] Strategic Plan Training Seminars and Workshops: For the medium size corporate client, the need may exist for multiple department heads and executives to improve their planning ability. Each seminar is developed and customized for the industry and specific business based on the intended audience. We seek to inspire and motivate each individual while delivering the process of effective planning . . . to improve your strategic planning success. Each training session is followed by a 30 day ongoing follow-up with individual coaching for the attendees. Experience has shown us that the most benefit to the attendee will come after the session and that’s when the more poignant questions arise.

The Simple Solution

Fee Structure:

1] Initial Consultation: via phone, skype, or in a face to face meeting (when possible) - This is typically one to two hours of mutual interview. We ask: Do we fit with your mindset and do we think we can help you with your problem / issue?
Fee: No Charge

2] Basic recommendations: We offer a custom review and recommendation for your Simple Plan design and implementation. We interview you and develop an understanding of your situation, your aspirations, and your expectations for yourself. We then provide a ‘template’ for you to follow to establish your Simple Plan
Fee: $500 to $2500

3] We create your Simple Plan with you: We invest the time and on site involvement as needed to interview you, other involved parties, and evaluate in depth the breadth of your situation. We collect the data to focus your passion on your Plan.
Fee: $6,000 to $14,000

4] We create your Simple Plan and we implement your Plan with you . . . to assure proper execution of the Plan.
Fee: $24,000 to $60,000

5] Hourly Consulting: Should it be more appropriate, we offer consultation on an hourly basis at the rate of $125 / hour.

6] Performance Based Fee: On occasion, our firm has offered to do performance based consulting. In such a case, we discuss with you and agree on a ‘partnership’ arrangement to build your business success. Our fee structure is then based on the total investment of time and expenses required from The Simple Solution and balanced with the investment and potential of the client for their project.
